Directors

Perry Wilson

Chairman

Perry Wilson is a financial services professional with extensive experience in investment banking and fund management. He previously held senior roles at Lazard and Argo Capital and now serves as a non-executive director across several financial firms, specialising in governance and risk oversight.

St. John Agnew

Director

St. John Agnew is a qualified solicitor and former Commercial and Banking Counsel at TSB. He later became an Investment Manager, launched a Cayman fund, and now advises private clients. He has also held trustee and non-executive positions across corporate and charitable organisations.

Gareth Burchell

Director

Gareth Burchell began his financial career in stockbroking and has broad experience across UK equity markets. He has developed strong relationships with brokers and market professionals and holds the Level 6 Diploma in Private Client Investment Advice and Management.

Barry Downes

Founder & Managing Partner, Sure Valley Ventures

Barry Downes is the Founder and Managing Partner of Sure Valley Ventures. He is a successful technology entrepreneur, having founded mobile cloud platform FeedHenry, which was acquired by Red Hat/IBM in 2014.

Brian Kinane

Partner, Sure Valley Ventures

Brian Kinane is a software executive and tech entrepreneur with deep experience in AI and mobile technologies. He co-founded FeedHenry and has held senior roles at Ericsson and Telenor, bringing strong technical and operational leadership to Sure Valley Ventures.

Toby Raincock

CEO, Shard Capital

Toby Raincock is CEO of Shard Capital and previously served as CFO. His earlier roles include senior regulatory and operational positions at Barclays Capital and Evolution Securities. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Great Britain Rifle Team.

Gareth Burchell

AIFM Management

Gareth also serves within the AIFM Management team, contributing his extensive experience in public markets and equity trading. His background in UK equities and strong broker network support the company’s governance and investment oversight.
