Sure Ventures PLC is listed on the London Stock Exchange (Specialist Fund Segment, ticker: SURE.L) and is supported by Shard Capital AIFM LLP, which acts as appointed fund manager. The Company provides investors with access to early-stage, high-growth software companies across artificial intelligence (AI), augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR), cybersecurity, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
As of 31 March 2025, Sure Ventures PLC’s portfolio is made up of investments in Sure Valley Ventures Fund I (ICAV), Sure Valley Ventures Fund II (ECF), and with the ability to hold other investments in line with its investment strategy.

Fund Objective
The investment objective of Sure Ventures plc (the "Company") is to achieve capital growth for investors.
Investment Stage and Amount
Sure Ventures PLC will invest at the seed stage of software companies operating within their target markets to help grow them towards their Series A funding, at which point we intend to follow-on our investment. We also have the scope to invest in listed and un-listed securities, at an earlier or later phase of development and are not bound by jurisdiction, although it is expected to have a bias towards UK, Ireland and other countries in the EEA.
We have the option of listing our investee companies on the UK public markets (LSE / AIM) to complete their Series A. We believe this strategy, where appropriate, will help scale and accelerate the growth of our investments.

Our Full Portfolio
The Company committed €7m in Sure Valley Ventures Sub-Fund of Sure Valley Fund ICAV ('Fund I') of which €6.92m has been drawn down of the €7m as at 31 March 2026. Landvault acquisition and Getvisibility exit were the notable highlights announced during the year 2025. In March 2022, the Company committed £5m to the Sure Valley Ventures Enterprise Capital Fund (Fund II), an £85m UK software technology fund. The fund focuses on AI, AR/VR, the Metaverse, IoT, and cybersecurity, with the British Business Bank as a cornerstone investor. Fund II aims to invest in around 25+ software companies.
